LATE ARRIVALS:
We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you find yourself running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, and the full payment will be forfeited. Thank you for your understanding!
CANCELATIONS:
We require a minimum of 2 days’ notice for cancellations. To cancel your appointment, please notify us via phone number.
NO CALL NO SHOWS:
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment and do not notify us in advance, it will be classified as a "no call/no show." Please note that this may result in the forfeiture of the full-service fee and could affect your ability to receive future services. We appreciate your understanding!
PAYMENTS:
To secure your booking, full payment of the service amount is required. We gladly accept payments from all major VISA credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. You can easily make your payment through the links provided on our website. Thank you for your cooperation!
REFUNDS:
Refunds are issued only under specific circumstances. If you cancel at least 2 days before your service date, you will receive a refund of your service fee, minus a 10% processing fee. In the event that NANA TOUCH ME UP cancels your service, you will receive a full refund. Please be aware that refunds cannot be provided for services missed due to late arrivals or no call/no shows.
