At NANA TOUCH ME UP, we are committed to providing excellent service. To ensure a smooth experience for all customers, we have established the following policies and expectations regarding late arrivals, cancellations, no call/no shows, payments, and refunds.

LATE ARRIVALS:

We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you find yourself running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, and the full payment will be forfeited. Thank you for your understanding!

CANCELATIONS:

We require a minimum of 2 days’ notice for cancellations. To cancel your appointment, please notify us via phone number. 

NO CALL NO SHOWS:

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment and do not notify us in advance, it will be classified as a "no call/no show." Please note that this may result in the forfeiture of the full-service fee and could affect your ability to receive future services. We appreciate your understanding!

PAYMENTS:

To secure your booking, full payment of the service amount is required. We gladly accept payments from all major VISA credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. You can easily make your payment through the links provided on our website. Thank you for your cooperation!

REFUNDS:

Refunds are issued only under specific circumstances. If you cancel at least 2 days before your service date, you will receive a refund of your service fee, minus a 10% processing fee. In the event that NANA TOUCH ME UP cancels your service, you will receive a full refund. Please be aware that refunds cannot be provided for services missed due to late arrivals or no call/no shows. BOOKING EXPECTATIONS:

It is essential for clients to use the correct appointment name when booking their services. This ensures that we can accurately schedule and prepare for your specific needs, providing you with the best experience possible. Using the appropriate appointment name helps us avoid any confusion and guarantees that you receive the service you desire. 

All service additions, including specifications such as type and details, must be made at the time of booking and can only be arranged through direct contact by phone. This ensures that all requests are accurately recorded and allows for personalized assistance in tailoring your experience. By reaching out via the provided phone number, you can discuss your specific needs and preferences, ensuring that every detail is handled with care. Please note that last-minute additions may not be accommodated, so we encourage you to confirm any services at the time of your reservation.
